Frames and Stacking Department
Frames and Stacking Department specializes in manufacture of welded structures and electrical machine cores for the power industry.
The most basic processes carried out by the Frames and Stacking Department comprise as follows:
- manufacture of complicated shape details on CNC-controlled acetylene-oxygen cutting machines,
- assembly and welding process of large-size space structures of maximum dimensions 12 m x 12 m H=4 m and up to 30 tons in weight (single component),
- machining on large-size lathers and milling machines,
- process of magnetic core mounting in electrical machines,
- precise welding, with accuracy up to 0.1 mm in space arrangements,
- assembly services (stacking) rendered in external structures (e.g. power plants).
We employ highly qualified engineers holding IWE and EWE licences as well as Germanischer Lloyd and SLV welding certificates;
Our Department has adopted quality policy pursuant to the ISO 9001 standards. We run professional Quality Assurance Department specialising in welding and machining process control.
Our machines comprise as follows:
a) 2 CNC-controlled cutting machines – overall table dimensions: 3500 x 18000 mm, carbon steel thickness up to 200 mm,
b) 4 vertical lathers of the following parameters:
- table D=2230, height H=1500,
- table D=3500, height H=1560,
- table D=4200, height H=3300,
- table D=7000, height H=2500,
c) boring machines (milling machines):
- modern CNC-controlled Lazzati boring machine X=14000, Y=3500, Z=2250,
- conventional boring machines: X=5000, Y=2850, Z=1800 and X=3000 Y=3000 Z=1000,
d) overhead cranes of capacity up to 100 tons
