Anti-corrosion treatment

To protect our products against corrosion, we use:

• Shot blasting

We offer shot blasting up to Sa 2 ½ in accordance with PN-EN ISO 8501-1. We have a blasting booth with dimensions of 15m x 5.9m x 6m. We use broken cast steel shot. We offer the option of blasting to a different degree of surface preparation after prior agreement.

• Painting

We do painting on customer request in accordance with the assumed parameters. We also offer the option of selecting the painting system according to the customer’s needs in accordance with PN EN 12944 standard. We have a paint booth with dimensions of 15m x 6m x 6m. We apply coats of paint by airless spraying or conventional spraying. We specialise in applying thick-coat epoxy or epoxy-polyurethane systems ensuring corrosion resistance even in difficult environmental conditions. Other coatings may be applied by prior arrangement.
