The protection of our Users’ privacy is particularly important to Donako. Therefore, all Users of www.donako.com.pl are guaranteed high standards of privacy protection. Donako Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, as data Administrator, is committed to ensuring the security of the data provided by its Users.

The Administrator also aims to duly inform Users of their rights and obligations in relation to the processing of their personal data, especially in view of the content of the provisions on the protection of personal data set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “GDPR”). Therefore, in order to protect the privacy of the Website Users, in this document the Administrator shall inform the Users of the legal basis for the processing of personal data provided by the Users in connection with their use of the www.donako.eu website (hereinafter the “Website”), the methods of collection, processing and protection of personal data, as well as Users’ rights.

The User is each natural person whose data is processed using the www.donako.eu website or the electronic services available through the Website.

Use of the www.donako.eu Website by the User means that the User accepts that Administrator collects and uses his/her personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Website User’s personal data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of his/her consent, and in some cases described herein, within the Administrator’s legitimate interest. The User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In the event that this Privacy Policy is amended, and the User continues to use the Website, this shall be deemed to constitute consent to the current terms of the Privacy Policy.

 

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR
Method of obtaining personal data
The Administrator obtains personal data directly from the User through the Website, by means of features and communication tools available therein and sending messages to the Administrator via them.

The User’s provision of personal data is voluntary.

Types of personal data processed
The Administrator collects the following personal data concerning the User via the Website:

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The way in which the Administrator processes data pertaining to the User depends on the way in which the User uses the Website and the features available therein. The Administrator processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

Communication with the User.
The Administrator uses the User’s personal data in order to communicate with him/her in a personalised manner. The information communicated to the User concerns the products or services offered, personal data security, network updates and reminders, but also recommended products and services from the Administrator or its partners. Communication with the User also concerns User support. Personal data are used to help the User, solve technical problems and respond to his/her complaints or claims.

in order to conclude and fulfil a possible agreement between the User and the Administrator and to serve the User as the Administrator’s customer in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
to carry out financial settlements with the User who is a customer of the Administrator by virtue of concluding a possible agreement between the parties, as well as possible vindication of claims from the User who is a customer within the Administrator’s legitimate interest in accordance with GDPR art. 6 section 1 point f) and to fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligations towards the tax authorities on the basis of separate regulations in accordance with GDPR art. 6 section 1 point c)
in order to carry out the Administrator’s marketing activities within the framework of the Administrator’s legitimate interest as defined in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as well as in accordance with the declarations of will concerning the marketing communication submitted to the Administrator. Consents granted for marketing communications (e.g. for sending commercial information by email or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
in order to fulfil the Administrator’s legal obligations towards the User set out in the GDPR, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.


SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
The User’s personal data are not passed on by the Administrator to third parties.

 

USER’S RIGHTS
User’s rights
At each stage of the processing of his/her data, the User is provided with a number of rights that allow him/her to access his/her data, verify the accuracy of the data processing, correct the data, as well as object to the data processing, request deletion of the data, the restriction of the data processing or transfer of the data.

The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority
The User whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection (the Chair of the Office for Personal Data Protection).


COOKIES
The Administrator hereby declares that while using the Website, short text files called “cookies” are stored in the User’s end device. Cookies contain such information as the User’s IP address, the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the User’s end device, a record of parameters and statistics and a unique number. Cookies are directed to the Website server by means of the web browser installed on the User’s end device.

Cookies are used on the Website in order to:
maintain the technical accuracy and continuity of the session between the Website server and the User’s final device;
optimise use of the Website by the User and adjust the way it is displayed on the User’s end device;

The Administrator declares that:

The period for which the Users’ personal data is stored depends on the purposes of the data processing by the Administrator.
The Administrator shall store personal data for such a period as is necessary for the achievement of specified purposes, i.e:
for the duration of the Administrator’s business activities.
In each of the above cases, after the expiry of the necessary processing period, the data may be processed only for the purpose of asserting claims against the background of the relations between the parties until the final settlement of these claims by legal means.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
In order to update the information contained in this Privacy Policy and to ensure that it complies with applicable law, this Privacy Policy may be amended. In the event of changes to the content of the Privacy Policy, the date of its update indicated at the end of its text shall be changed.
