EU PROJECT
Project Aim:
The aim of the Project is the design and real-world demonstration of a process innovation in the form of a highly efficient technology for manufacturing large-size components and cores for a new type of wind generators. Innovative technological solutions will include key unit operations leading to a reduction in the production cycle by a minimum of 50% by increasing the efficiency of the punching, bundling and machining process while maintaining the highest quality in the manufactured products.
Planned outcomes:
The result of the R&D work planned in the Project will be a process innovation in the form of highly efficient technology for manufacturing new-generation wind generator components and cores. Innovative technological solutions will include key unit operations (punching process, assembly and adhesive hardening (technological drying), package mechanical processing, including transport operations) occurring in the Company’s technological operations.
Project value: 34,456,212.60 PLN
Contribution from European funds: 14,336,115.54 PLN
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Intelligent Development Operational Programme 2014–2020. The project is conducted as part of the National Research and Development Centre tender: Operation 1.1 Corporate R&D Projects, Fast Track.
